As you use Collectivate, we store:

• Sales transaction records including item descriptions, prices, payment methods
• Stall holder information (name, business, stall code, email address)
• Staff member details and rostering information
• Shop configuration settings including branding and reporting preferences

2.3 Technical Data

We may automatically collect:

• IP address and browser type for security and debugging
• Usage patterns for service improvement
• Error logs for troubleshooting

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Collectivate service
• Process transactions and generate sales reports
• Send automated reports to your stall holders (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Send service-related communications to you (billing, updates, support)

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Stall Holders

As part of the core service, specific sales data relating to each stall holder is included in automated reports sent to them. This includes their sales figures, items sold, and commission calculations. No other stall holder's data is shared.

4.2 With Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our service:

• Stripe - for payment processing (Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data)
• Email delivery services - for sending reports and notifications
• Hosting providers - for server infrastructure and data storage

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
